Terms and Conditions for 247 DeliveryMe

Welcome to 247 DeliveryMe. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website (www.247deliveryme.co.uk). By accessing or using our s​ervices, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully. 

1. Definitions

  • “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to 247 DeliveryMe.
  • “You” or “Your” refers to the customer or user of our services.
  • “Services” means all courier and delivery-related services provided by 247 DeliveryMe. 

2. Use of Services

  • Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms when using our services.
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including addresses, contact details, and package details. 

3. Booking and Payments

  • Service Request: You must complete a booking form online or via other approved methods to request a delivery.
  • Charges: All service charges are clearly outlined during booking. Payment must be made before service commencement unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 10 minutes to avoid penalties. 

4. Delivery Terms

  • Pickup and Delivery: We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely pickup and delivery of packages.
  • Undeliverable Items: If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or prohibited content, additional charges may apply.
  • Prohibited Items: You agree not to send items prohibited by law, hazardous materials, or any restricted goods. 

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Service Delays: While we strive for timely service, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather, traffic, or third-party actions.
  • Package Damage or Loss: Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the declared value of the package, up to a maximum of £25. Optional insurance can be purchased for additional coverage. 

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued for services not rendered due to our fault. Refund requests must be submitted same day of service.

  • All content on www.247deliveryme.co.uk is the intellectual property of 247 DeliveryMe. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Privacy

  • Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. 

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes. 

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
